Q&A with Shelley

Question 1: What did you do before coming to work at Livingston?
I worked for a national environmental services corporation for 29 years in various positions – customer service, office management, accounting and operations.  

Question 2: What is something you really enjoy about working at Livingston Insurance Agency?
I really enjoy my co-workers and we all work together as a great team. I have also enjoyed meeting the people that we insure.  

Question 3: What is something that stands out about you? 
Tenacity!  I get a hold of a task or idea and I don’t want to let it go until I get the desired result.

Question 4: If you could have a super-power, what would it be? 
Super strength! […] I don’t like that I have to wait on others to help me move objects or get tasks done.  If I had super strength, I could do it all by myself! 

Q&A with Christy

Question 1: What did you do before coming to work at Livingston?
I worked in the insurance industry for 24 years. Most of those years, I worked on the personal lines side of insurance. 

Question 2: What is something you really enjoy about working at Livingston Insurance Agency?

Definitely the people! I love the team we have at Livingston. […] I love the customers here at Livingston. They are hardworking and honest people who value insurance and love the same communities I do. 

Question 3: What is something that stands out about you? 
I do not meet a stranger. […] Recently, my best friend and I met for lunch and before we walked in, she reminded me, ‘we do not need to meet everyone in this restaurant today.’ :) 

Question 4: If you could have a super-power, what would it be? 
Since our only child is about to graduate high school and move away to college, my super power would definitely be to extend or control time. […]
